Returns & Refunds Policy

At Aris Atelier, we put immense care, precision, and craftsmanship into every single garment we create. Because we are a boutique studio, we operate under a strict exchange-only policy to maintain the exclusivity and quality of our pieces.

Please read our guidelines below regarding exchanges and returns.

Our Exchange Window

We allow exchanges within 1 to 3 days from the date your item is delivered. Exchanges are permitted solely for garments that have a verified production or manufacturing defect on our part. We do not offer cash or bank refunds.

What Items Are Eligible?

To be accepted for an exchange, your garment must pass our studio’s strict quality check. This means:

  • The dress or outfit must be returned in the exact, pristine condition it was delivered to you. It must be completely unworn, unwashed, and free of any damages, stains, make-up marks, or fragrances.

  • The item must be kept in its original Aris Atelier packaging.

  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase from our website.

Non-Returnable Items

Please choose your sizes and designs carefully. The following items are completely ineligible for returns, exchanges, or modifications:

  • Custom & Bespoke Pieces: Any garments made to your specific body measurements cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Pre-order Items: Pieces ordered in advance from an upcoming collection are made specifically for you and cannot be exchanged.

How the Exchange Process Works

We only replace items if a genuine production error has occurred on our part. Because of this, we highly encourage you to double-check your measurements against our official Size Guide before finalizing your order.

If you notice a manufacturing flaw and need to request an exchange, here is how the process works:

  1. Send Us an Email: Reach out to our team at info@arisatelier.com within your 3-day window to notify us of the issue.

  2. Studio Inspection: Once your package arrives back at our studio, our quality team will carefully inspect the garment. We will then send you an email to notify you whether your exchange has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the dress.

  3. Delivery of New Item: If approved, your exchange will be processed immediately. We will ship out a replacement garment using our currently available stock or current collection. Please note that an exchange can only be processed one time per order, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping and courier fees.
