Welcome to Aris Atelier! We are so excited to have you here. This website is operated by Aris Atelier. Throughout the site, terms like “we”, “us”, and “our” refer directly to our brand. By browsing our website and purchasing from our online store, you are agreeing to the terms laid out on this page, as well as our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy.

Our Outfits and Product Display

We put a lot of love and care into photographing our garments to show their real colors, textures, and finishes as accurately as possible. However, because different phone screens and computer monitors display colors differently, we cannot completely guarantee that what you see on your screen will perfectly match the exact shade of the fabric in real life.

When you place an order on our store, you will get an automatic confirmation email from us. This just means we have received your order details, it doesn’t mean your order is officially approved yet. We occasionally have to place orders on hold or decline them if an item suddenly goes out of stock, if there is a payment verification glitch, or if a pricing error happens on the system. Your order is officially accepted on our end the moment we pack it up and hand it over to the delivery courier.

Payments

To keep your details completely safe, all our online payments are handled through secure, verified payment gateways. The moment your order goes through, our system gets a payment notification.

If your bank experiences a network downtime or transaction delay, your order will show as “On Hold” until the funds clear into our account. If this ever happens, don’t worry, we will reach out to update you right away. For our international fashion lovers, please keep in mind that any custom duties, clearance fees, or import taxes charged by your home country’s border control are your responsibility.

Shipping and Unexpected Delays

We want you to get your garments as fast as possible! Any delivery timelines we share at checkout are our very best estimates. Aris Atelier cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays caused by courier logistics, traffic delays with dispatch riders within Lagos, interstate shipping holdups, or busy holiday seasons.

Please double-check your delivery address and phone number before completing your purchase. If a package is sent back to our atelier because of an incorrect address or a wrong phone number, we will have to charge a standard re-shipping fee to send it back out with a courier.

If your package ever arrives visibly damaged from transit, please take a quick photo of the packaging and the garment immediately and email it over to us so we can sort out a replacement or store credit for you.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

If you change your mind and need to cancel or modify an order, please contact our support team immediately via email at info@arisatelier.com or through our official phone line.

We can easily cancel an order if it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. However, once a garment leaves our atelier, or if it is a custom bespoke order that has already gone into production, we cannot cancel it, and our standard returns policy will apply instead.

Ownership of Designs

Everything you see on this website belongs to us. All of our clothing designs, unique patterns, brand logos, custom graphics, and professional photography are the exclusive intellectual property of Aris Atelier. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or reuse our creative work for any commercial purpose without our explicit written permission.

Governing Law

Aris Atelier is proudly based in Nigeria. These terms, our services, and any shopping agreements are governed and interpreted under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any formal disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts in Lagos.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time to reflect changes in our business. The latest version will always be live right here on this page.
